Refunds Policy:
We will gladly take back or exchange any merchandise as received with original package within 30 days of purchase(From the date products were received, if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send back to us the products in original package. When we receive the products sent back exactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel, you must inform us in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days following the day you received the goods and you must also take reasonable care of the goods. We would consider that reasonable care has not been taken of the goods, for instance, if you have used them to an extent beyond what would be reasonable if examining them in a shop before purchase.
Exchanges Policy:
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. contact us! If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund and place a new order for the style you prefer. You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
Return Policy:
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us via e -mail. You need to send pictures of the item to our mail box. The email subject should be named with "Order No." so that we can give you a quick reply. If you wish to return your purchase, we're sorry that you may pay 50% of item's price as our poundage and restocking fee for your returned items. The return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customers.
